Navius assisted in refining the strategy for a Dutch media company and an evaluation framework was set up in order to screen strategic partners. Navius assisted the shareholders in the discussions that were to culminate in selling the company and coordinated all aspects of the sales process up to the conclusion of the discussions with the buyer, an international, listed media company.
For a Belgian producer of transport material with several international production units, Navius consolidated the understanding of management about the real value drivers of the business. This understanding produced a reversal of priorities for the company. Navius later helped to structure a management buy out. Navius coordinated drawing up a financial plan, with all the various aspects involved in this, and assisted management in negotiating with the MBO financiers.
Various businesses were taken over for a Dutch logistics provider with branches worldwide in the context of a wide-ranging growth and acquisition strategy. Navius was responsible for coordinating all negotiating processes with the vendors, supervising the due diligence checks and the contract negotiations up to conclusion.
For a Dutch advertising agency, Navius assisted the shareholders in the sale of this company to an international, listed group in the communications sector. Navius supervised all aspects of the sales process: drawing up an information memorandum, as well as a longlist and a shortlist, management presentations, and supervising the due diligence check as well as the contract negotiations up to conclusion. Navius developed the incentive scheme for achieving optimal results during earnout.
For a Dutch producer of means of transport, Navius was involved in preparing the outsourcing of the assembly activities and linking up with a foreign strategic partner. During the process, Navius was closely involved in all financial aspects of the reorganisation and responsible for the coordination of all negotiations with external financiers and strategic parties.
